In an effort to comply with the government requirements, our office staff are all working from home at this time. Please do call our office number with any questions or concerns. Your call will be forwarded to our central station and they will assist you to either leave a non-emergency voicemail or they will contact an on-call technician if this issue is urgent. Our office staff are checking messages every 30 minutes and responding to the messages. Our on-call technician will respond to all emergency calls.

We will send technicians out to service alarm systems at a customer’s request. We advise everyone that our technicians are required to maintain a six to eight foot distance from everyone in the house or office. They will only touch things they must touch in order to perform the service needed. We will also send technicians to install or re-instate an alarm system if the customer is concerned enough to have us there. If a customer is unwilling to comply with our six to eight foot distance requirement, our technicians are instructed to leave politely.
